That is lovely but I wouldn't have guessed wood pile on first glance.

That’s good! We were supposed to ‘let go of the object and go with the process’.

That is so weird, just last night I said to hubby that the neighbors next door ought to have a little plaque next to their door on their house that says The Wood Pile - as a name (we have a ceramic plaque that says Crow Cottge) - but neighbor man is forever chopping and sawing wood for his wood-burning stove and fireplace, so that have a huge mound of it just outside the door. When I saw your post it made me smile...

Hello there Robin,
I coresponded with you some time ago regarding our mutual ancestor John Charles Wilson born in Bergen,Prussia.
You were able to give me a jpg of a portrait of him and his wife Harriet which I have lost.
Any chance you would mind emailing me another?Id certainly appreciate it.
I would also love to hear if you had any further luck finding out any other information.I did some digging and found an earlier ancestor on Hariett's side named Athanasius Carrington born in the early 1600's.
Hope to hear from you in the near future,
Christopher(grandson of Edward Wilson,Great-granson of Percival Hector Wilson)

You've got a great style and your strokes are very bold. I really like your work in pastels and hope that you continue!
